1. Services Overview
BayMed Inc DBA BayMed Insurance Group provides Medicare education, plan comparison, and enrollment assistance services. We are a licensed and certified representative of Medicare Advantage organizations and stand-alone Prescription Drug Plans with a Medicare contract. Enrollment depends on contract renewal. We do not offer every plan available in your area. We represent multiple organizations which offer multiple products in your area.
2. Express Written Consent to Be Contacted
By submitting any form on this website, booking an appointment, calling our office, texting us, or otherwise providing your contact information (collectively, "opting in"), you provide your express written consent for BayMed Inc DBA BayMed Insurance Group, its agents, employees, affiliates, partners, and authorized third parties to contact you for marketing, informational, and transactional purposes using the contact information you have provided, including but not limited to:

- Message frequency may vary;
- You may receive communications at any time, including outside of standard business hours;
- Communications may be generated or initiated by automated systems, AI, or human agents;
- Your consent applies to the specific phone number(s), email address(es), and other contact information you provide, and to any number(s) or address(es) later associated with your account;
- We may contact you for purposes including but not limited to: appointment reminders, plan information, enrollment updates, service follow-ups, promotional offers, satisfaction surveys, and Medicare-related educational content.
3. Revocation of Consent
You may revoke your consent to receive communications at any time by any reasonable means, including:
- Replying "STOP" to any text message;
- Clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email;
- Calling us at (727) 240-2991 and requesting removal;
- Emailing us at [email protected] with the subject line "Opt-Out."
Upon receipt of your revocation, we will process your request within a reasonable timeframe. Revoking consent does not affect any communications sent prior to the processing of your request.
4. Third-Party Contact
By opting in, you also consent to being contacted by our authorized third-party partners, affiliates, service providers, lead vendors, and insurance carriers with whom we share your information as necessary to provide you with quotes, plan information, and enrollment assistance. These third parties may contact you using the same methods and technologies described in Section 2 above.
5. No Guarantee of Benefits or Coverage
All plan information, benefit summaries, and cost estimates provided by BayMed are for informational purposes only and are subject to change. Final plan benefits, premiums, copays, and coverage details are determined solely by the insurance carrier and CMS. We do not guarantee eligibility, approval, or any specific outcome related to Medicare enrollment.
6. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting forms, booking appointments, or communicating with us. You are solely responsible for any inaccuracies in the information you provide. BayMed is not liable for any consequences resulting from inaccurate information submitted by you.
7. Recording Consent
You consent to the recording and monitoring of all phone calls, video calls, text messages, and other communications between you and BayMed for quality assurance, training, compliance, and record-keeping purposes.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of BayMed Inc DBA BayMed Insurance Group or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
