We do not offer every plan available in your area. We represent multiple organizations which offer multiple products in your area.

Final plan benefits, premiums, copays, and coverage details are determined solely by the insurance carrier and CMS. We do not guarantee eligibility, approval, or any specific outcome related to Medicare enrollment.

6. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting forms, booking appointments, or communicating with us. You are solely responsible for any inaccuracies in the information you provide. BayMed is not liable for any consequences resulting from inaccurate information submitted by you.

7. Recording Consent

You consent to the recording and monitoring of all phone calls, video calls, text messages, and other communications between you and BayMed for quality assurance, training, compliance, and record-keeping purposes.

8. Intellectual Property
